Paubrasil is transparently certified as part of the Regiao Cerrado Mineiro Designation of Origin program. Coffees certified with the Designation of Origin are grown on farms in an area encompassing 55 municipalities that produce coffees with a unique identity, resulting from the combination of climate, soil, terrain, elevation, and the “know-how” of producers. Paubrasil’s contributing producers belong to one of nine cooperatives or six associations affiliated with the Cerrado Coffee Growers Federation, have signed a statement of good practices in accordance with Brazilian labor laws, and store coffee in accredited warehouses post-harvest.

This year’s lot of Brazil Parceiros do Café showcases a sweet, approachable cup with a clear profile and a creamy, rich mouthfeel. In lighter roasts, you’ll find fresh dark cherry, golden honey, and almond sweetness—balanced by a soft, mild acidity. As the roast progresses into medium, the fruit deepens into ripe black cherry, with graham cracker and dark chocolate notes that enrich the body and add a deeper sweetness. Deeper roasts bring out rich layers of chocolate ganache, roasted nuts, and dark sugar, offering a decadent and grounded finish.
Versatile and consistent, this coffee shines across brew methods. It brews a silky, sweet drip and excels as a reliable espresso—adding structure, sweetness, and a creamy texture whether served alone or in a blend.
